Services
Individual Psychotherapy
Each 50–60 minute session, we'll work together to better understand your experiences, develop practical tools, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, parenting, relationship challenges, divorce, life transitions, or burnout, therapy offers a supportive space to gain insight, build resilience, and move toward lasting emotional wellness.
Group Therapy and Support Groups
Healing doesn't have to happen alone. I periodically partner with the Moms Mental Health Initiative to facilitate support groups for parents in a variety of settings. I also believe in the power of community and enjoy bringing people together through groups designed around the evolving needs of my clients and community. Whether focused on pregnancy and postpartum, parenting, grief, divorce recovery or other life experiences, these groups provide a welcoming space to connect, learn, and grow alongside others who understand.
Couples therapy
Each 50–60 minute session provides a safe, structured space to slow down, feel heard, and work through life's challenges together. Whether you're navigating communication difficulties, blended family dynamics, parenting, infidelity, shared grief, life transitions, intimacy concerns, or simply looking to strengthen your relationship, our work focuses on building deeper understanding, restoring trust, and creating lasting connection.
Postpartum Couples Support
This service typically includes 1–2 sessions before your baby arrives to help you and your partner prepare for the physical, emotional, and relational demands of the postpartum period. Together, we'll create a personalized plan that strengthens communication, clarifies expectations, and equips you to navigate this transition as a team. After your baby is born, we'll meet for an additional 2–3 sessions to check in, monitor for symptoms of postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, and prioritize self-care, healthy communication, and maintaining connection as you adjust to life with your growing family.
