Exactly where you are is where we begin.

Let’s work through it, together.

About Beth

Since 2015, I've had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families across a variety of mental health settings. My passion lies in helping people navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and self-compassion. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, grief, burnout, major life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can provide a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with intention.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Wisconsin with a certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). While I have advanced training in pregnancy, postpartum, and reproductive mental health, my practice extends far beyond the perinatal period to support adults through a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. I am also registered as an out-of-state Telehealth provider for Florida residents.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you're navigating a difficult season, adjusting to a new chapter, or simply looking for a space that's yours, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
